I got a lot of things going on and hopefully I can wrap up this contest within this week. I haven’t been updating my blog due to work, working on a new design for my blog, and redetermining a new direction for my site and identity which I will explain once you see the new site.
Anyway, without further ado, here are the entries that have been submitted.

I like Entry #6 because it shows a great use of skill in design, color choices and typography. I also like that it has a commercial purpose – to promote a film. It’s a great piece of art.
I like number 8 It shows innovative and clean design, the work is well rounded in the sense that it can be used anywhere and subtly changed to fufill a different purpose. The colors are Clean and sharp, and the image is overall asthetically tasteful.
I vote for #7 because of how the shadows blend on the skin and all the little details on the jacket and hair.

I vote for #7. Overall the piece is very smooth and fluid, kind of dream like. The hair could be better and there is a flaw where the neck and the collar of the jacket meet.
I also really liked numbers 1 and 2 however, the background on 1 does not blend well, seems to be very low quality picture.
On entry 2, the face is AMAZING, but the body is flat. The artist also really needed to choose a style, random hello kitty and pokemon seem to take away from the overall picture of power, and destruction.

I cast my vote for #9. I chose this artwork for it’s impressive use of hand-drawn illustration, and unique color choices. The color choices are uncommon (always a brave choice). Bravo

Entry #1 is my favorite! The subtle colors really stand against the black backdrop. And the green apple can be interpretted as part of this “Go Green” movement everyone’s into. Timely and well executed!

I really liked #8, it shows a professional quality by using a color and design scheme that I could easily see big name company utilizing, that and the contours and colors lead your eyes along its curves which is a very sought after artistic effect.

Number nine. I love the body proportions, pose, and coloring. The background is an oddly comforting shade of pink.

number 1 is amazing. most of the others are just photo effects and 9 is just creepy(4chan is for furry pictures)

I like the coloring style and expression. It’s not creepy at all it’s very pretty.
It is art just like all the other entries and should not be hated on for what was drawn by the artist.
