First Journal Entry

It’s been a hectic week this week. Lots of things to do, and one of them was finally getting my site done. Honestly, it wasn’t my top priority, but through some frustrations and stressful period, you get those moments where you just want to get things done. I’ve actually used my latest framework that I made for wordpress to build this new design rather than using Thematic Framework. Why is that?

It’s not because mine is better, or Thematic was a bad wordpress framework. It was mainly because I was used to and more familiar with something that I’ve made myself. With that being said, if you’re looking into frameworks, sometimes it’s better to just strip a blank theme and code one yourself.

Besides this site, I’ve been doing some other stressful client work. Over and over changes are just getting to me. At times I felt I want to just stop what I want to do and rest. I did at some points, but I knew I had to keep faith and strength to get things done. As with a lot of things, if you believe and hope for the best and what you want, then it’ll eventually come to you. I’m still working more on this site, but it’s now back on low priority since it’s just little things that I really don’t need to fix, but would make the site looks nice. In the meantime, enjoy the site, tutorials, resources, my random posts, inspiration, and whatever may be coming to this site.

From now, I’m going to try to be more dedicated and hard working and work to my eventual goal in life. This is for you. I hope everything will come back together once everything gets situated.
